Dear Mark – a short note to say a big thank you for an unforgettable Italian cooking holiday in lovely Sabina –I enjoyed every minute of it – you looked after us so well –the cooking sessions and tastings were great –so much lovely food and wine –staying in San Pietro was another great experience such a lovely location –really enjoyed our visits to Rome and all the other place Farfa –Casperia and meeting all the wonderful people Susanna , Genni ,Maurizio,Lina,Angelina ,Paula,Franco and Johnny and not forgetting (how could you !!!) Geraint Tris and Giacomo and the last surprise –man and dog –thanks so much again to you all and to you Mark-look forward to seeing you in Dublin and also to a return trip to Casperia sometime
We accept all major credit cards . You can also pay by cheque and by the BACS payment system into the A Taste of Rome bank account.
On all our Italian cooking holidays you are welcome to extend your stay on a bed and breakfast basis. Just add £75 per person per night .
There are 2 airports in Rome , Fiumincino / Leonardo da Davinci is the main International airport , used by BA , Aer Lingus , Alitalia etc . From here inside the airport , you can take the excellent direct train upto our local station Poggio Mirteto Scalo for Casperia, where we would meet you .
If you flew into Rome Ciampino with Ryanair or Easyjet , transfers can be arranged.
